It's around ciwideh area I remember, i guess a couple of hour drive from banding, can't remember exactly. But it is worth it, make sure you go there on a nice day else the turquoise color will turn too white/grey if cloudy. The lake you are talking about where you can take sampan is situ patengan. I've been there twice and definitely planning more visits there if I've got the time in future. Shopping wise I think u've been to all those popular ones, being the factory outlets along Jl Dago and Jl Riau, Ciwalk, Paris van java etc. But I think you've missed out a great tourist attraction spot, the Kawah Putih. I've been to both Kawah Putih and Tangkuban Parahu and frankly I enjoyed myself more in Kawah Putih although Tangkuban Parahu has more craters to its name. Also, near Kawah Putih area there's a lake (I forgot its name) where you can take sampans that will bring u to a small islet with the famous Batu Cinta on it. Last but not least, when coming to Jakarta? It's equally impressive too! Haha. Bandung is indeed a nice yet economic place to visit.
